If you are using a browser that supports background MP3 music, you should now (or soon!) be hearing a clip of The Huddersfield Singers performing Victoria's Tenebræ Responsories at their Easter 1998 concert.
You may download a couple of tracks to your local hard disc by clicking the links below (the first clip is the one used for the background sound on this page). Both clips were taken from a recording of the same concert (now available on CD). Note that both of these samples have been reduced in quality in order to minimize their file size and downloading time. The CD (see the Recordings page for details) is produced to commercial standards.

Also available is an extract from the Easter 2007 concert, which was a combined performance involving The Huddersfield Singers and the Reigate Grammar School Parents' and Friends' Music Society. The extract is of the very start of the concert: the opening Kyrie eleison from Rossini's Petite Messe Solenelle.

Finally, here is a copy of the choir's contribution to the Manchester Royal Exchange Theatre's 2007 production of The Tempest: Arun Ghosh's Juno and Ceres. For more information about this recording, see the dedicated The Tempest page.
